DELIVERIES

We are extremely proud of our Delivery Service. Local deliveries are completed directly by ourselves and depending on order value and / or distance are often free. We do also provide a full UK delivery service, a quote for which we can provide upon request.

All items have different delivery times so please refer to individual product page for details. If you are ordering a number of items with different delivery times each item will be dispatched separately to allow you to receive your items as quickly as possible. Please ensure you provide your contact telephone number at point of ordering as we shall require this for delivery.

For nationwide deliveries we use two methods of delivery, both intended to make receiving your order as simple as possible. As standard we offer a Premier Large Item / Pallet Delivery Service. Smaller items and small orders will be sent by parcel courier.

Premier Large Item / Pallet Delivery Service

You will be advised by email when your order is due into our delivery warehouse. We will then call to arrange a delivery date with you.

All deliveries require a signature from an adult when receiving the order.

When you place your order, you may be sent a Delivery Questionnaire. This is sent especially to customers who have orders for large pieces of furniture, and will enable us to determine whether the items you have ordered will be easily delivered into your home.

Courier Delivery Service

Small pieces of furniture, smaller orders and some home assembly items will be delivered by courier.

Once your order has been picked from stock, it will be packaged for delivery to you, and collected by courier. You will receive an email on the day of collection to inform your item will be delivered to you. Courier deliveries will take place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to take the delivery on the day, the courier will leave an Attempted Delivery Notification, which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience. All courier deliveries will require a signature from an adult when receiving the order.

You must ensure that you unwrap and check each item at the point of delivery for any signs of damage before signing to accept your delivery (for boxed flat pack items please check box is intact and item description / label on box front is correct). If damage is present or you have received the wrong item please tell your courier who will either take the item away from you or ask you to detail it on the delivery form. From here please contact us so we can arrange an exchange / refund.

We are constantly monitoring your order and tracking its progress from the day of placement to the day you receive delivery. You will receive regular updates regarding your order, but should you have any questions at any point, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS

By law distance selling regulations allows you, the customer a 7 day cooling off period from date of delivery (this does NOT apply to the bespoke made to measure items). If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or simply change your mind please email us to arrange a return and we will organise to have your item(s) collected.

In the case of damaged items you must ensure that you unwrap and check each item at the point of delivery for any signs of damage before signing to accept your delivery (for boxed flat packed items please check box is intact and item description / label on box front is correct) otherwise we cannot accept returns on these if the item has been signed for. If damage is present or you have received the wrong item please tell your courier who will either take the item away from you or ask you to detail it on the delivery form. From here please contact us so we can arrange an exchange / refund.

TO ALLOW US TO PROCESS RETURNS ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL WRAPPING / PACKAGING AND UNDAMAGED. FLAT PACK ITEMS MUST NOT BE ASSEMBLED OR PART ASSEMBLED AND THE ORIGINAL BOX MUST BE INCLUDED. PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP AND MAKE SURE THE ITEM IS WELL PACKAGED FOR COLLECTION
